Terms of Service
Updated: August 22, 2020
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and make use of personal information. The following outlines our Terms of Service or Terms of Use.
TCPA Compliance
TCPA Compliance basically means no one should contact you by telephone that you have not given consent to contact you. But we would be remiss if we didn't include the legal mumbo jumbo that we are required to provide on a website.
Telemarketing calls to third-party generated leads are subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA.) The TCPA currently prohibits using an auto-dialer or artificial or prerecorded voice to place calls to a phone unless the caller (this is you) has obtained the prior express consent of the called party. Telemarketers are required to have prior express written consent to do the same thing.
Telemarketers will also need this form of written consent for all prerecorded telemarketing calls placed to landlines. As a practical matter, this means that a purchaser of leads will face a higher standard to prove that the consumer did, in fact, consent to be called.
To comply with these standards we collect your IP Address (As mentioned above. Ah, it's all coming full circle) along with your personal information that you have provided to ensure we are meeting compliance and our business is following all regulated processes in place to protect you.
Use of Retargeting Cookies
A retargeting cookie is a very similar to the cookies mentioned above except it may be used across other platform or browser experiences, such as Google search, Websites and Webpages, Facebook, YouTube, or other social and digital platforms. Retargeting cookies have been around for ages and are meant to remind you about something you may have been researching or shopping for but then got busy with life or distracted. Have you ever researched a waffle iron online and then you got busy and went to go do something else? But then over the next several days you see waffle irons everywhere!? That is retargeting my friend.
Retargeting Cookies are meant to be useful and meaningful and can sometimes be downright annoying. We try to make our cookies something meaningful but we may get annoying at times too. If we do, we apologize in advanced. To remove cookies, you can clear the cache on your browser.
Here are instructions on how to do that:
IP Addresses
IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server as part of demographic and profile data known as “traffic data” so that data (such as the Web pages you request) can be sent to you.
Since this site is related to Healthcare, we must abide by TCPA Compliance regulations and standards, which also require your IP Address is recorded to reduce fraud and misuse of your personal information and privacy.

Specific TCPA Compliance Information About This Site
- Signed Written Agreement - Since this is a digital website that is online, your consent looks differently than it would on a piece of signed paper. On this site you will enter your personal information into a secure online form. This form will have a button at the bottom that will transmit your personal information over to us. By clicking that button you are consenting to provide that information, similarly to how you would have consenting by signing as piece of paper. It's not easy to sign something online with wet ink originals, so the online form takes the place of an actual signed written agreement. The same meaning holds true if you dial a phone number on this website. You also are providing consent to speak with you. But often with a phone call, you will be asked for your verbal consent as well.
- Consent of Signed Written Agreement - We are a media company that connects our customers with more lovely customers, like you. Our job is to find the right people that have a pain or problems that our customers are uniquely qualified to solve. We are modern day telemarketers but of the internet age, instead of calling you the moment you get home from work with arms filled with groceries or at the precise moment you sat down, for the first time all day, to enjoy a meal with your family.
Modern day telemarketers use cool software, gadgets, and technology to help save us time. One of those systems is an automatic telephone dialing system. This helps us dial numbers and when someone picks up the phone, we scurry to get to the line to speak with you. This may seem weird but it has saved companies a bunch of money and time that they can spend on training, benefits, and creating a better environment for the folks that are working hard on the other end of the phone line. We're not sure if you have ever cold called in your life, or "dialed for dollars" but it can be a pretty tough gig.
In the last several years, we have also discovered other cool ways to reach people, like pre-recordings, artificial voice calling, and ringless voicemail. These are also meant to give you a better customer experience and help us save time.
One important note, providing your signed written consent agreement is NOT agreeing to buying any service, product, goods, or property. You are not signing any agreement (directly or indirectly) with us or our customers. - Form of Written Authorization - Again, another fancy legal term that kind of means the same exact thing. You are consenting electronically to contact you. IF you decide to purchase any services or goods from one of our customers, you will be entering into an agreement with them. Depending on what you are buying, what state you live in, and a bunch of other factors, you may have to fill our paperwork, listen to other disclaimers, meet other requirements or terms. That is completely unrelated to us and strictly between you and them. We are simply making the connection and all of these fun terms are to make sure your rights are protected and we are following the ethics and regulations we committed to uphold.
- Additional Considerations - When you agree to consent to be contacted, you are completing a form, also referred to in our industry as a "form fill". This information is provided to the customer so they may contact you at a later time or in some cases, you will be transferred immediately.

Should you wish to call us about anything, this is our direct phone number. If we are not available, please leave a message or text and someone will get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
Depending on the complexity of what your problem may be, you may talk to the company (our customer) one time and be satisfied. Or you may be buying something complex like Medicare or Health Insurance, and that may take 4 conversations that take several hours. Since this varies by person, you should expect a reasonable number of calls to provide the information you need to make a more informed decision. But at any time, you can tell the company you wish to be added to the DO NOT CALL LIST. They are required by law to remove you. It may take a few weeks if people are using services like catalogs or direct mail. They are often printed, prepared, and sitting at the post office for delivery months in advanced. But for online, electronic mail, or automatic telephone dialing systems, you should be removed from that system within a shorter time span of hours or days. But sometimes, systems fail. And a request to be removed from a system may have fallen through the cracks. So, don't forget computers have feelings, too. And if a request to be removed from the system takes two times, we apologize in advance for your inconvenience and will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. But we assure you, it will never be intentional to ignore your wishes and your first request to be added to the DO NOT CALL list and removed from the active call list.
As laws continue to get updated by the Federal government and the state government, we will do our best to abide by all laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where we contact consumers. If we have failed to follow local regulations, please let us know. We do not know it all, nor do we pretend to understand it all but we will do the best to learn and try to keep up with it all to the best of our ability and if we can do better, we will do better.
